Anna C. Hampton, 93, Pacific, passed away Sunday, Dec. 16, 2012.
Mrs. Hampton, the daughter of the late William Hain and wife Annie, nee Wilson, was born Aug. 6, 1919, in Chesterfield.
She was employed as a cook in the restaurant industry.
Mrs. Hampton was preceded in death by her parents; son, Ron Hawkins; daughter, Marilyn Credeur; four brothers, Richard, Clifford, Victor and George; and three sisters, Verna Mae Pitzel, Gladys Witt and Nancy Bingmann.
She is survived by her six grandchildren, Joe, Michelle, Desi, Fawn, Allan and Tina; six great-grandchildren, Shawn, Heather, Michael, Lilyanna, Allan and Crystal; niece, Rose Quaethem; nephew, David Warren; other relatives and many friends.
Funeral services were held Thursday, Dec. 20, at Nieburg-Vitt, Thiebes Funeral Home, Pacific, with the Rev. Earlwood Towne officiating.
Interment was in Mount Lebanon Cemetery.
Memorials to Cardinal Glennon Children's Hospital are preferred.
The family was served by Nieburg-Vitt, Thiebes Funeral Home, Pacific.
