William Thomas Hobbs was married to Lydia Drusilla Holsey/ Halsey in Wapello County Iowa. They lived in Howell County Missouri when they had their first child Mary Ellen Hobbs born June 21, 1869. They also had John T. Hobbs born December 16, 1872 and William Jesse Hobbs born January 25, 1875 in Howell County.
Lydia Drusilla Hobbs also know as Liddie dies some time between 1875 and 1877 when William Thomas Hobbs remarried in Wapello County Iowa to Martha Jane Wheaton in March of 1877. I would like to find out when and where Lydia died and where she is buried.
I am also interested in any other family members of the Hobbs. Any help is welcome. I would be happy to share what information I have.
William Thomas Hobbs parents were James G. Hobbs and Mary Hayes and he was born DeWitt County Illinois.
