Hi,
My name is Sharlie Whitmore White.
Some Whitmores arrived in the Lewiston Idaho region in the early 20s late 30s, I am guessing. We don't know enough about my paternal grandfather's family, not even enough to determine whether other Whitmores in WA state are related to us or not....but you might try Whitmores in Lewiston and/or Moscow region of Idaho, Palouse regions of Washington State, including Clarkston, Garfield county and Bickleton.

Hope you had better luck than my sisters and I. Our father was Charles Arthur Whitmore. His brothers Wallace Edward and James (don't remember middle name). All are deceased as is our grandfather Wallace Arthur. All are buried in Pomeroy, Washington, except Wallace Edward, I think he is in Benton City, WA. The only cousin I had ever heard my dad mention was Elizabeth, and I think her last name was Whitmore, she was not from his moms side. She would be in her 70s now, if still living. The Whitmore name is carried on only through Wallace Edward Whitmore's sons, who all live in the Richland WA area I think....There is a Wallace Edward Jr, and another Wallace Edward Jr who goes by Sonny (two different moms) and Shaun (not sure of his middle name) All would be in their 30s and late 20s.
