David Whitmore and most of family moved to Lee's Summit, Jackson County in the 1870's. Family included David, and daughters Amanda, Maggie and Lydia. Amanda married a Hanshaw and had 2 sons prior to moving to California,( Roy and Guy). David supposedly died in Jackson County, but haven't located him yet. Don't know if other daughters got married or not, so may be missing some cousins.
