There is a William B Bruffett b May May 9 1932 Mo. Pvt 14th US Cav buried in Section C, Friends Cemetery (northwest corner walking east). This is the only one I found in the cemetery but I just scanned the list hurriedly.

Purcell is about eight miles north of Joplin, MO. Friends Cemetery is just south of Purcell.

I grew up in the area and in 1938 my parents ran a grocery story in Purcell.
