Rita Veronica Duchinsky, 78, High Ridge
Rita Veronica Duchinsky, 78 of High Ridge died Feb. 5, 2004, at St. Anthony's Medical Center in St. Louis County. Mrs. Duchinsky was an operator for a doctor's answering service. She enjoyed homemaking, traveling and garage sales.
Born Nov, 4, 1925, in St. Louis, she was the daughter of the late George A. and Lucy Agnes (Owens) Kenny.
She is survived by her husband of 55 years, Louis F. Duchinsky of High Ridge; 13 children: Susan A. (Bob) Wokurka of O'Fallon, Kevin L. Duchinsky of High Ridge, Patrick N. (Marcella) Duchinsky of Arnold, Neal A. (Angie) Duchinsky of Ballwin, Christopher A (Julie) Duchinsky of Fenton and Gerard O. (Connie) Duchinsky, Sean A. Duchinsky, Claudia A. Mohler, Mark A. (Tammy) Duchinsky, Peter A. (Coral) Duchinsky, Bridgett A. Duchinsky, Sheila A. Duchinsky and Megan Ross (Hetz), all of St. Louis; 23 grandchildren; four great-grandchildren; and many other relatives and friends.
Funeral mass was held Feb.7 at our Lady Queen of Peace Catholic Church in House Springs. Graveside services were held Feb. 9 at the National Cemetery at Jefferson Barracks. Memorials may be made to Birthright. Arrangements were under the direction of Chapel Hill Mortuary in Cedar Hill.
