I have read that David McCollum and Rachel Morris lived in Platte County, Missouri.

My ggg-grandfather David McCollum was born in KY but lived most of his life in Platte County. I am trying to find out if my David is the son of this David McCollum. His mother was NOT Rachel Morris, but Mary Reed. Mary possibly died when my David was a baby.

The Platte County David had daughters named both Mary and Rachel, possibly named after his mother and stepmother.
