(It looks like my message last night didn't go through so I'll try it again.) I have the exact same "Forget-Me-Not" book that belonged to my mother. Inside the book it's noted that it was a confirmation gift from her aunt in 1938 (West Ely, MO). Each page has a month and a date. My mother used it to record birthdays, deaths, weddings, and other important dates. If she was trying to figure out when someone's birthday was or how old they were, she'd flip through the pages until she found it. On a hunch I looked at the July 20 page. The notation written there is "Man walks on the moon 1969".
