Alice McCracken possible aka Alice Johnston

Classification: Query
Surnames: McCracken, Johnston, McCrackin
Alice was born to William Thomas McCracken and Loretta F. "Ettie" Johnston on 9 May 1886-8. Her mother died a few days after her birth.
Ettie's parents took the baby in and presumably raised her along with the rest of their own children. It is unknown whether Alice had any further contact with her father. He remarried ten years later and had another family, none of my aunts or uncles ever knew they had a half-aunt Alice.
The last evidence I have of Alice is on the 1900 Marion county Missouri census in Philadelphia Village. Her name is misspelled as Mccrackin. Her grandparents are James M. and Ann E. Johnston. By 1910 the Johnstons had moved to Payne county, Oklahoma.
I would like to find out what ever became of Alice, maybe she married in Marion county? Any help appreciated.
