This is very interesting, because I was told she (Elizabeth) was a Cherokee princess, and we even went to the Cherokee nation's capital in Oklahoma for information. We couldn't find the family in the census, but from what information my husband had at that time, we were told they were from the Wolf clan. I don't know how they came to that conclusion because I was entertaining a grandchild and wasn't part if that conversation. Thank you for your information.
