Custard Marriages

I am looking for information on a W.V. Custard who married in Moniteau County (possibly twice). W.V. Custard married Sarah Parker in 1860, then another record for W.V. Custard who married Lacretia Freeman in 1867.

My great-great grandparents were William Van Custer and Prunella Stogley. They married in Vernon County, MO, 1869. Both were too old at this time to be venturing into a first marriage. Family history says he was in Moniteau County before Vernon County. I find the two marriage records, but don't know if this man is my gg-grandfather.

Thanks in advance for any help!
