Classification: Query
The 1920 Census of the Methodist & Orphans House (South), St. Louis.
Alice ? Morgan, 8
Margaret A, age unreadable, possibly "4"(1915/1916). The Census was enumerated on the 5th of January 1920.

In an attempt to try to find more information about these persons, I reviewed your other postings:
--In a 2010 posting, you identified Austelle Morgan born about October 5, 1924, picked up from the orphanage in 3/1922. Her mother was Margaret Edna (nee: Williams) Morgan, born 1886 in Mississippi County, MO.
-In another posting, you write you have a photo of Margaret Austelle with the words "from Teacher" on the back, dated Oct 5, 1924, Tarkio, MO (Tarkio is in Atchison County). Her older sister "Alyce Virginia" shows up in the 1930 Census. A possible birthdate for Margaret was June 1916 (so she could not have been 4 at the 1920 census enumerated in January.
--In another posting, you write "Have what I believe is inside flap of a bible with her name and date (Oct 5, 1924) and "Tarkio, MO."

If the October 5, 1924 object in your possession is from a bible, it is "possibly" a death date, or adoption, or other potential. If it is on the back of a picture of her from "teacher," school records in Tarkio might be found. If it is a picture, you should post the picture also.
