April, I'm wondering if you have had any success in finding information on William H. Henderson?

The 1850 Pike Co., MO census record shows Henry & Frances Henderson with a son William, born abt 1842, MO. The 1860 Pike Co., MO census shows their son as William H. Henderson, again born abt 1842, MO. Would this be the William you are researching?

I am trying to determine if this Henry Henderson, born abt 1812-13, VA, is from Nelson Co., VA. If so, he would be the son of William & Euphia (McClain) Henderson. I have been unable to locate a marriage record for Henry & Frances Henderson, who appear to have married abt 1840.

I have not found this William after the 1860 Pike Co., MO census.
Would appreciate any input you may have.
