John's death certificate is online, but I can't find when or where Sarah or their son, Charles W Keithley/Keithly (b. about 1876 MO) died. John was a widow in the 1900 census, so Sarah died between 1880 (when they were all in Peno Twp.) and 1900. John is buried in Fairview Cemetery in Frankford, but Sarah and Charles aren't.
