The family name is Hale - C. Fount and his brother Robert. Fount's wife and children are shown for the same census as living with her family on Wyandotte Indian Reservation in Oklahoma Territory - leading me to think the sentence was a bit longer than for drunkenness? But I really don't known. The Hale family is in Greene, Polk county on 1880 census. Fount was married in Louisburg in 1897 (Mittie Estella Rather).
