Brooks in Hydesburg Cemetery - Ralls Co. Mo
Can anyone check to see if there is a James and Mary Anne Brooks buried in Hydesburg Cemetery? They would have died sometime between 1877 and 1900. The last I know about them is that they had a son Eugene born in Ralls in 1877.
Eugene and two older brothers who were born in Canada are buried in Hydesburg (Almer Aiden and Andrew W Brooks).
This is what I know of James. James was born about 1838 in Ontario. He and Mary Anne and Almer (Oliver) and Andrew came to the U.S. around 1866. They first appear in the Marion Co. 1870 census with James Jr. who was born in 1869. Margaret and Eugene were born in 1875 and 1877 respectively. But the family totally disappears in the the 1880 census, collectively and individually. The children reappear in the 1880s with family and children.
I live in the Philippines and may be coming to the States for a short visit next year and would like to visit the cemetery and would like to know if James Sr. and Mary Anne are buried there.
Thanks for any help you can give.
