Birdie Owens, b. 1879 in Kentucky, was an inpatient at this facility in the early 1900s. Both the 1910 amd 1920 census show her there. Does anyone have any suggestions regarding information about this facility, why she was there and if she died there? Since I cannot find her in the 1930 census, I assume she died in the decade before.
