Is anyone familiar with R D G Smith and family of the Thomasville area Oregon County?

How about a Simeon Smith?

I am looking for the parents of Rebecca Smith Montgomery. She was married to James Snider and died in the 1860s. In 1860 census, Carter Smith, Simeon Smith, Manerias Smith Depriest, are all living with James and Rebecca Montgomery Snider in Carter County. I am trying to find out how and if, these Smiths are related to RDG Smith. Manerias later married John Henderson Neal, and it looks like her death cert says her father is Wm Smith and mother was Nancy MacCormack.

RDG probate lists surviving children in 1863 as

Milinda Depriest of Oregon County

Clerinda Thomas of Oregon County

Manaris Jones of Oregon County

Demarias Karr of Oregon County
Sirena Summer of Shannon County

John Thomas is administrator


In the same file at the courthouse Is another document that did not seem to be related to RDG Smiths Probate a separate document lists Simeon Smith & Manarias Depriest as Principal, and John Thomas (meo) and A. J. Jones as Securities. Menarias Depriest was lined out. The condition of the above bond is that if Simeon Smith Admin of the estate of Isaac Depriest deceased, shall faithfully admin said estate, ... all signed 4 Apr 1860 by Simeon Smith, John Thomas and A J Jones.

On another page Simeon Smith says that the names of the hiers of Isaac Depriest are Nancy Elizabeth Depriest and Abraham Marian Depriest of Oregon County and that Isaac Depriest died without a will . State made on 4 April 1860.
