My mother was born in or around Appleton City Mo. July 4, 1907 and I'm trying to locate a birth record. Albina Popelka born to Frank and Barbara Popelka. Some family members have said her name could have been Julie. Always has gone by Albina. Is there a kind soul in Missouri who could see if they find the family. They were farmers.
