My parents own the property that contains the ruins of the Rigdon Mill on the River Aux Vasse creek, and I'd like to find out more about the Rigdon family and mill background for them. Any info is appreciated.

James Rigdon migrated from Fleming county,Ky.
to Ste.Genevieve around 1805-1815. He was born Harford Maryland. I believe he was a millwright. His son James E Rigdon probably operated the mill and than he had sons,Two in particular Peter and Felix who operated the mill up until around 1890-1900.
Most of this information I gathered from old ste. Genevieve newpaper stories. I like to have a picture of that mill He you email it. James was my Grt Grt Grt Grt
