Know all men by these presents, that I,
ANTOINE BOYER of the county of Ste Genevieve and the State of
Missouri, for and in consideration of the sum of ONE HUNDRED and FIFTY DOLLARS to me in hand paid by JOSEPH
BOYER of the County of Ste Genevieve and the State of
Missouri, the receipt whereof I do hereby acknowledge, have granted, bargain and sell, release and confirm to him the said JOSEPH
BOYER, his heirs and assigns the following described tract or parcel of land situated in the County of Ste Genevieve State of
Missouri to wit and described as that fractional Section Thirteen Township thirty eight north range seven east, which lies East of the survey of BAPTIS
VALLE, JUNR and west of a line to run parallel to the East boundary of the township at twenty chains distance thereupon containing THIRTY FOUR & 40/100
ACRES. To have and to hold the said tract or parcel of land above described to him, the said JOSEPH
BOYER, his heirs and assigns forever, and the same
ANTOINE BOYER hereby covenants and agrees with the said JOSEPH
BOYER that he will warrant and forever defend the title to the said tract or parcel of land to him, the said JOSEPH
BOYER, his heirs and assigns against the lawful claim or claims of any and all persons whomsoever. In testimony whereof the said
