Floyd Loewe of Bonne Terre died at Bonne Terre Hospital at the age of 69. He was born January 11, 1915 at Monroe County, Illinois to the late Charles and Geneva (Harlan) Loewe. He was preceded in death by two brothers, Edward and Victor and one sister, Dolores Loewe.
He is survived by his wife, Louise (Dodson) Loewe of Bonne Terre; three sons, Joe [Joseph] Loewe of Ferguson, Mo; Floyd Loewe, Jr. of Colbert, Washington and David Loewe of Imperial, Mo; three sisters, Ethel Aubuchon of Lemay; Gladys Warwick of Leadington and Helen Loewe of Bonne Terre; two brothers, Earl Loewe of Bonne Terre and Lester Loewe of Farmington and 8 grandchildren.
Mr. Loewe was a member of Bonne Terre First Baptist Church.
Services were Saturday, May 5 at 2 p.m. at First Baptist Church with Rev. James Cook officiating assisted by Dr. C. H. McClure.
Interment was in Bonne Terre Cemetery under the direction of C. Z. Boyer Funeral Home of Bonne Terre.
