My great aunt, DORA ELLEN PAYNE HILL, was born in Sullivan county in 1884. She died there in 1968.

I have the book from her funeral and the above names are all listed as relatives.

I do not know them. Are any of you out there familiar with these names and know how they may be related to Dora?

Her father was John O Payne, or O'Payne, mother was Sarah Parker Dunton Horan Payne.

Her siblings were Mary Jane Payne Harmon, Jess Otto Payne, Anna Horan, William Horan, James Harvey Payne, John Payne, Frank Payne, Cale ( Caleb) Payne.

Her husband was Walter HIll and I understand that he had a pool hall in Milan for a time.

I am desperate to fill in some blanks on this family and will appreciate any information.

I also have a big stack of photos from the 1800's that belonged to Aunt Dora. There are no names but they are of several families. I will be glad to share copies with anyone that feels there could be a connection to their family and may be able to identify them for me.
