James Cook Sr. b. about 1774 d. Sep 1864 in Christian County married Susan Angel about 1793 in North Carolina. She was born about 1775 and d. 1844 in Christian County. James Cook had land and descendents in Taney County.

They are my 4th great grandparents not just once but twice. I am descended from both their daughter Ann Cook and their son James Lafayette Cook Jr.

Hoping to learn more about their lives prior to Missouri. They had children born in Kentucky as listed below. They were supposed to have married North Carolina, hoping to narrow that area down to a county. May have been in Virginia prior to North Carolina.
