Looking for an ancestor who came to the US during the Irish Potato Famine. Eliza Flynn Williamson born Belfast, N. Ireland in 1824, Flynn may have been here maiden name. She may have come over in 1849 with a son or daughter. The 1860 census lists a Livian Williamson living with her and her husband, Thomas Bell. They married in 1850. She was my Grandmother's grandmother. My grandmother was Lelia Bell Davisson, born in Iowa, and lived most of her life in Carthage and Webb City, MO.
