This is the marriage record of my dad's paternal grandparents.
Frank E Ware

Marriage Location:
Richmond, Ray, Missouri

Essie Cawthorn

17

abt 1887

I believe this is the 1910 census for his grandfather because my grandfather is Ernest F Ware and would be age 4 that year.

This is the 1910 census for his Grandmother and once again, my granfather's name is Ernest F Ware age 4

Annie Land 18

Even though these were from the same area, they were recorded on different days so my grandfather could have been with each parent on the separate days.

1920 census Essie has remarried. I have connected with 3 different family members that I never knew existed on Essie's side of the family. None of them seem to know who Frank Ware was. My dad's Uncle Eddie, who is in the 2nd census Edward Ware age 2, has a daughter who is still living and said her father never talked about his father.
I checked avaliable records from Missouri for deaths after 1910 and could not find Frank E Ware between 1910 and 1920.
This leads me to believe there may have been a divorce.
The marriage record shows the marriage took place in Ray County, Missouri with Frank E Ware having a birth year of 1883.
The 1910 census is in Jackson, Missouri with Frank E Ware having a birth year of 1886.
I am at a loss as how and where to request a possible divorce record. In addition, how to find out his real age and who his family is.
There are at least three other Frank E Ware's in Missouri during this time period.
I am in need of guidence from experienced researcher on how to proceed to get the best results.
Thanks
Tressie
