I don't know if you are still searching for the Cotton's in Decker, but they are shown on the 1910 Census, Philip having come from Louisiana and wife Elizabeth from Texas
with children Philip 17, Ruth 16, Vera 14, Preston 12, Almo 11, Myrtle 9, and twins Annie and Aubrey.
Search of the Land Patent's show Alma Cotton recorded with 120 acres in township 9 which is Decker in 1918
1st recorded is TOLLIVER Cotton granted 149.2 acres in township 9 in 1894
Philip Cotton, - 3 lots of 160 acres in 1904/1907/1920
Frank Cotton lots in 1920/1925
Chester Cotton lots in 1926
Alonzo Cotton lots in 1925
