I too am related to Walter Brown. I am the great grandaughter of Mathew Brown, Walter's only full brother. I've never heard of the name Frank. I don't believe I've come across that name in researching either of Walter or Matt's parents either. Is that possibly a typo? Mathew's middle name was kept secret. (It was Bell.) It was their English Grandmother's maiden name.
