I 'm trying to find the death date and location for Alonzo Eugene Wheeler, born 25 May 1845 in Jefferson Co., NY. He married Susan Ella Ford in Fillmore Co., MN in 1875. They and most of their children went to MT around 1920. Sons Mark Bruce, Nat Eugene, and William Bryan Wheeler were in Valier Sch Dist 18 along with Alonzo and Susan in 1920. Daughter Nellie Wheeler Terry was in Phillips Co., MT, and son Wayne was in Great Falls MT.

Family lore says that Alonzo died in 1923, but location is not certain - some say OR, some MT. Unknown where or when Susan died.

Does anyone know if Alonzo or Susan is buried in Valier?
