I am trying to find relatives of Arthur L. Morgan. He was born in 1924 in Alliance, Nebraska or else moved there shortly after his birth. He served in the military and was stationed in Topeka, Kansas around 1947. He moved to Florida shortly after that. He died in 1983 and was living in Hillsborough, Florida at that time. In particular wanting to contact a daughter that would have been born in the late 1940's.
