Hi Owens folks!
I am taking time to study my Owens family history. I have a good start, but want to correspond with some of you that are surely ahead of me in my research!!! My Nicholas Owens, born in Va around 1807, probably a brother to Hardin Owens.
He moved on to Kentucky. By 1838 they are in Missouri.

Some of the children of this marriage are:

Samuel (marries a Colvin) dies in Brown co. Neb
John W. (also marries a Colvin)
Louisa (marries a Martin)
Amanda Jane (m robert Smith)
Elizabeth
Prince A.
Henry (m. Drucilla Smith)
Nicholas possibly burie in Brown co. Neb
Esther (m Ephriam Sizemore)
William (m. Nancy Martin)

I believe there are more. Possibly Sarah.

This family moved to Nebraska around 1885. Some stayed there, in Brown county. Others moved on to South Dakota, and some on to Wa state.
