Thank you to person who was posting about my grandpa Nemer. I was only 3 when he passed away.
I would love to find the article in Capper's Weekly.
That was my grandpa Sam Nemer, who did go all over the Midwest selling clothing. I love to hear the stories from my Uncle Tony (Cedar Rapids, Iowa).
Our work ethic is something that is such a gift,to know I learned from my father Everett. We are hard working, very determined people, who don't give up. Having a setback myself, I REFUSE to give in (torn cartilege in knee and torn rotator cuff), yet that part of me, won't give into feeling pity, just feeling determined to hurry this thing up, so I can get moving again.
I really miss working in my dad and Uncle Tony's store, 5th St. Grocery. I am everything I am because of them. I love them both dearly.
The stories are so wonderful, and I am so very grateful to read them. So grateful. Thank you for taking time to post this information. God Bless you!
