Sanford Quincy Spain, b. 23 Apr 1850 in North Lewisburg, OH, m. Mary Christina MORGAN, b.16 Jan 1954 in Highland Co, OH. They were m. 30 Apr 1870. Sanford Q. moved with his parents in 1851 to Peoria, Mahaska Co, IA (his father Theodrick laid out the town), until roughly 1881, when he moved to Osceola, Polk Co, NE. He moved to Cherry Co NE in 1886.
