William Longwith claimed a homestead in the 1870s, moving from Hancock County, Ohio, after serving in the Civil War. I would like to know where and when he or his wife died. I have them in Schuyler, Colfax County, Nebraska, in the 1920 census. I have handwritten letters and a photo of their homestead in my possession. PS The Longwith family changed their last name to Longworth in the 1860s. William seems to have stuck to Longwith, but the family used Longwith/Longworth interchangeable.
