Actually Bertha's grave is not in Whitney, but about 10-12 miles SW of there or about 16 miles straight east of Crawford in the Bethel Cemetery. It is very well maintained by the neighbors, fenced, with the original church built in 1893 in good condition - it is used now only for funerals or weddings. The church has a recently installed metal roof and a new concrete foundation and if I ever win the lottery, it will also be resided as the original needs help although it is painted regularly. Just thought you might like this info.
