I can see partial obits for some of my Thomas family members on the limited version of GenealogyBank, but not enough to tell where they may be interred. If someone has the time would you please see if you can find these obits in the Omaha World Herald:

Fred's dad John W. Thomas died in Benson, NE sometime shortly before May 2, 1919, but I have not seen reference to an Omaha area obit for him. He did however have an obit published in the paper of his home town which I have placed on his Find A Grave memorial:
