Strang - DEATH OF MRS. Morrison MILLER
Florence Ann RAKESTRAW, daughter of Mr. and Mrs. William RAKESTRAW, was born October 14, 1892. She departed this life at her parents’ home one-half mile south and four and one-half miles west of Ohiowa March 10, 1916. She leaves to mourn her death her husband and two children, the oldest daughter being eighteen months old and a baby daughter two weeks old, her mother and father, two sisters and one brother, a grandfather and grandmother and a host of other relatives and friends.
She was married to Morrison MILLER in 1913. Florence was a kind and loving wife and a devoted mother. She was converted in 1910 and united with the Methodist church of Strang. At the time of her death she was 23 years, 4 months and 29 days old. Services were held at the Harmony church March 12, by Rev. G. I. REEVES of Strang. The interment was in the Harmony cemetery.
