Don't know if you have found anything but it may be of help to go to the Franklin County Nebraska obituaries. I click on the first group. Then I click on the web that this Lynn has. I have used her a number of times. Takes a dollar a little while for her to send back your request, but it was worth it for me. I checked it out and there are 4 Hickmans buried at Naponee. A couple have obituaries but think William just has a card. Hope this helps you.
