The area called O'fallons is about 5 miles west of Hershey, almost to Sutherland. See map below.

I'm not sure there was ever an actual town at O'Fallons. It gets it's name from a bluff nearby that jutted out all the way to the Platte River, blocking the path of the Oregon Trail. Travelers were forced to go up the bluffs and down the other side. There was a Pony Express station by that name, and later a post office, school, and railroad station.

A beet dump would have been near the station, as they were hauled to market by rail. You can Google "O'Fallon's Beet Dump" to see several references to it.
