I live in Alliance NE, 23 miles from Angora, NE. I am also working on a database for the cemetery in Angora. That being said, let me tell you what I have found: there was no newspaper BUT there was an Angora weekly Column in teh Alliance newspaper and most of the other info is in the Bridgeport, NE newspapers. Bridgeport is about 12-15 miles south of Angora and was the county seat for Morill County. Not long ago I downloaded an index of "highlights" from the Bridgeport News Blade from the Nebraska State Historical site. You might try that.
I just recieved a book on Bayard NE area which is 20 miles west of Angora. I will check for info on Lynches in it. This is all western NE and the area is fairly sparsly populated agricultural land. Today people consider a drive to Scottsbluff at 56 miles a qick run to town.
What I can absolutely tell you is that there is no one with the name Lynch in the Angora Cemetery.
