In fact, our cousin, Edna's estranged son, turned 90 this month, and his son took him to the towns where Edna had lived, including Lovelock. I understand the locals were very kind and helpful, and he eventually found out that the cemetery records were kept in someone's house. He found them, and located Edna and Frank's unmarked graves. I haven't had a letter from him yet telling me about the trip, but I can imagine he feels a great sense of closure. He's looked for something of his mother all his life.
Of course, genealogy helped!
