I am looking for a record of the birth of Joseph Alfred Paquet or Paquette. He stated on a ship record that he was born in Nashua, NH on May 6, 1896. I cannot find a record for his birth. On another record he said his father's name was Charles Paquet. I have viewed the 1900 and 1910 censuses for NH and cannot find an entry that fits him.

To confuse matters there was a Joseph Alfred Paquette born 14 April 1897 in Laconia, Belknap Co NH whose father was also named Charles.

I hope someone will be able to help me locate a record for the above Joseph Alfred Paquette that is NOT the one born in Laconia, NH.
