George Baley father to Wm. and grandfather to Moody was born 1756 possibly in Salisbury,NH and died 18,May,1827 Alexandria,NH. His wife Rebecca maiden name unkown, was born in 1764 and died 16,Nov,1818 in Alexandria,NH. George & Rebecca had 4 children: William, Rebecca, George Jr., & John.

Will & Land Deeds found and copied. Children metioned in will were: George born 1756, William born 1760?(believed died at Valley Forge per Salisbury Hx), John born Apr. 1762, Elizabeth born 11 Aug,1795.

A Bailey cousin and I have been researching our Bailey line since 1980 and have not as yet found where John Baley of Salisbury,NH came from.
