Surnames: Rowell, Moses
As far as I know, the Dolly Rowell born 1771 to Asa Rowell & Mehitable Sessions married a man last named Cutter and they had lots of children, beyond the time my Dolly married James Moses, so I don't think that is the same one. But thank you! I think I have at least ruled out one set of parents.
