Thank you for replying. I have a Norma Billington in my tree. She is the daughter of Francis R Billington and Cecelia Edna Forgette. Norma was born November 25, 1929. I see Virgina passed away in 1941 so I'm guessing this Norma would have been around 12 at the time.
