John Numan SLEEPER (b. Plaistow, NH 4/25/1824, d. Plaistow, NH 11/26/1895), son of Henry SLEEPER and Lydia TUCKER, married Lorinda E. CASS (b. Atkinson, NH 1836, d. Plaistow, NH 1925), daughter of Samuel CASS and Rosilla ?, on 1/8/1862 in Plaistow, NH. John Numan SLEEPER and Lorinda E. CASS had the following children, all of whom were born in Plaistow, NH:

Fanny Newman SLEEPER, b. 11/21/1862
John Wesley SLEEPER, b. 6/16/1864, d. 1931
Ernest Randal SLEEPER, b. 1/31/1866, d. 9/25/1869
Maud Ernestine SLEEPER, b. 7/16/1869
Henry Jewell SLEEPER, b. 9/18/1872
Ned Sherman SLEEPER, b. 5/17/1874, d. 1914

John Numan Sleeper's parents are also buried in Plaistow, NH. Henry SLEEPER was the son of Moses SLEEPER and Hannah Newman of Newburyport, MA. Henry SLEEPER died 3/27/1868. Lydia TUCKER was the daughter of Moses TUCKER and
Rachale COOK of Kingston, NH. Lydia TUCKER died 12/1/1880.

Maud Ernestine SLEEPER is my great-grandmother. She married Harold Gustavus PALMER on 6/23/1897 in Plaistow, NH. Their only child, Marion Elizabeth PALMER FREEMAN, is my grandmother.

I am very interested in knowing more about this SLEEPER family, both their ancestors and descendants.
