I didn't find what relationship Lydia Perry was to Ada.

I found a record for an Ada P. Richardson who died in New York at age 27 on 27 Feb 1870 at age 27. She was born in New Hampshire.

I have a Perry family out of the Charlestown/Claremont & Springfield,Vermont area.
At one point there were two farms they owned, one in NH and one in Vermont, directly across the river. This was in the early 1900's until the mid 1960's.

I'm trying to find my children's gr-grandfather's parents names & curious if this Perry family in the deed is related.
