John & Martha Reed/Read are at the Pleasant Street Cemetery. They are also my ancestors. There is a cardfile at the Claremont Library--I think it has been photographed now. Martha and John are dead ends for me. There are deeds, probate records, censuses etc available. I have been unable to find anything prior to them. Children known to me include Benjamin Franklin Reed, Alvin, Caroline and Charles.
Caroline married an Alden J. Bliss. They and their daughter, Anna, are buried at the pleasant street cemetery. Alvin married and moved to Wisconsin. Please contact me so that wed may exchange other info, ken.nelson@yahoo.com
