Hi, I know this is very late, but I just started researching as my mother just showed me a picture of her grandfathers grocery store in Newark. He was Henry Krumwiede, He had 13 children, one of whom was Ida, my grandmother. I don't know the name of the store, or where it was, but I know my mother lived on Springfield avenue. She doesn't know if Henry Jr. owned a cheese shop, but thought he worked for someone who did. If you have any information, please email me.
