Hi, I'm looking up John Toleman also spelled Tolland, Touland and Towland. The only information I have on him is that he was married on 11 Nov 1818 in Somerset County New Jersey to Charity Gorden . They had at least one daughter Sarah Ann Tollen born 1819 in Bernards Somerset County NJ. He is also on the June Tax List for 1818 in Bernards township Somerset county NJ. I have seen some Toulands in Gloucester County and I didn't know if his family was from there. Any help on him or his wife and daughter would be appreciated
